I enjoyed Iron Fist ... a lot.
I like almost all of the seasons so far (back half of Luke Cage - ugh.). But I had no expectations of what the heroes are or do in the comics so.

I'm hyped. I enjoyed all the other Netflix Marvel heroes, and even though Iron Fist was my least favorite, I wouldn't say it was terrible. I do hope that Danny Rand does get a chance to grow and change as a character, since clearly his character arc even in the first season is defined as "This kid really needs to grow up."
I actually like how Netflix handled this more than Disney did with the Avengers. It feels like I'm in a much better, more deeply invested place with these characters since I got to follow them through at least one entire season before throwing them together.
Also, the lack of budget for a Netflix series guarantees we won't get a CG alien army they have to fight in the final episode for the fate of the Earth. I am, however, okay with a million, buzillion ninjas.

I've only watched JJ season 1 once, but that exhale she does in that gif is really sexy. Never noticed it before.
Defenders looks fun, but Danny still looks like the weakest link of the crew. I just have check out when he shows up on screen.

It's strange to me that people don't get this in this specific case. The did it in almost all the other series and now they brought them all together​ to do the hallway scene together. It probably wasn't intended from the first time they used it but it's their inside joke now. That scene in this trailer was the punchline.
Agreed on that they can't really continue it now that they finally brought them all together for one. It won't be funny anymore.

Looks like it says "Duc***, Malcolm". That is more than likely a file on Jessica's neighbor, Malcolm Ducasse. Hopefully it doesn't coincide with what Misty is saying about her lead.

Altogether, I'm glad that it's the DD showrunner at least (I believe?). I do feel these shows mostly run too long, but when they're good, they're damn good. The starting Punisher arc in DD2 and
in Luke Cage are fucking solid watches. The rest gets a little tougher as the list goes on.

After Daredevil S1, choreography for all the Marvel Netflix shows have been a joke. Daredevil S2 was a huge step down too. There's the amazing prison fight with Punisher, but everything else was kinda lame. The climax was just ??????????.
I think they need to start doing what the MCU movies do and go for a different style for each movie. I know Luke Cage was supposed to be blaxploitation and Iron Fist Kung-fu but that was not apparent at all and this is looking identical to all the Netflix shows.
Will watch since I'm a huge fan of MCU and I've liked most of the Netflix stuff but you can literally take any still from this trailer and say it was from past seasons and I would believe you.

I thought Luke Cage did a pretty good job of setting its own vibe. The music helped, at least.
But Iron Fist had zero identity. It was the blandest possible show I've seen in ages.

Canon-wise? Danny. The weaker choreography hides it a bit, but Danny is superior fighter to Daredevil in Netflix universe.

Mike Colter was fine as a love interest but he's not that great as a protagonist.
