As terrible as people claim Black Cat is in game and on the forums. I one shot cosmic trials in shit all for gear with her. She is very bland unfortunately as far as her moves but she is by no means a bad character. Poorly designed though in the fact all her spirit return and management comes basically at the end of leveling

I'm still leveling Black Cat, and despite being kinda boring to play, i noticed that she does a shieeet load of damage.

Well i'm sorta growing a little fond of her boringness. She has a few quirky things about her that i like, but then again i have a sort of high tolerance for boring toons since i played defense-stacking, diamond paragon Emma for a long ass time. /shrug

The main things they need to fix is to give her attacks more visual oomph, especially her whip attacks. Also, they really need to go back to the drawing board with designing her skill synergies, because right now everything kind of feels awkward as hell...

Just lost my first master level dude (thats rank 4 of 6) to a boss, which, well...sucked.

Drayco somehow survived like 8 or 9 death's row hits in a row, I was sure that boss was a wipe but somehow it died with 2 deaths on my squad. Drayco confirmed to be RNGesus

I did Limbo and grinded Midtown for like an hour and nothing. :/

I did all the achievements from 1 to 5 straight up. Some people think it is cumulative so maybe doing them all filled the quota better and you just need to kill more. If not, I don't know then. I really just did a run with Cable and halfway through 2 achievements popped up (mystic mayhem 5 + one with Magik's face).

It was actually relatively easier than what instructions said. There's one for example that is "kill 3 bosses 3 times with their respective hero" but the achievement popped during the first kill with the 3rd character. Kitty's one popped after just 1 Limbo boss wave in midtown.

Alright I'm going to stop levelling Dr Strange for now. He's at 40 but I just don't have any fun at all with him. Once I'm done with the rest I'm going to pop all the xp boosts and just get him to 60 in the shortest amount of time possible. Kind of a bummer because I got his fear itself costume from the blender and really like the look of it. Oh well.

I actually enjoy him quite a bit. It's refreshing having to juggle two bars. I kind of enjoy it.

Right now I'm playing Dr. Doom, SW, Deadpool, and Loki the most right now though. Going to start leveling Ms. Marvel next I think.

I don't mind having two bars, played Psylocke with a two bar build for quite a while, but even with the sustain/shield incantations he's really squishy and feels kind of clunky overall. I could gear him and play him for a while and it would probably be fine but it doesn't seem worth the effort to me especially when I can just play SW instead. Besides I want to gear a melee hero next and it's probably going to be Spider-Gwen. That costume is just too good.

Captain Marvel was actually one of my favorite heroes to level. Hits pretty hard and can clear red terminals at any level without any problems. Spirit can be a bit of an issue early on but that goes away fairly quickly. Crashdown Strike followed by Stellar Flare into her sig is one of the most satisfying combos in the game imho.

It did feel like there were giving a lot away when I saw how many orbs dropped, I'm not surprised at this change.

Haven't even started Black Cat yet. I'm pretty bummed out SweetFX stopped working and haven't been playing as much as a result.

Got Human Torch to 60. Surprisingly fun character. A bit spirit hungry and squishy at the start but by the end I was just obliterating red terminals. Scorching pyre is a really satisfying power and with his sig he melts through bosses. Iceman is next on the list.

Black Cat’s Fortune & Favor specialization should now correctly add the Brutal Strike Rating listed in Bad Luck’s tooltip.

Black Cat’s Fortune & Favor specialization will now correctly reset the cooldown of Master Thief when The Cat’s Meow is activated.

Black Cat's Bad Luck ratings are now properly increased 50% by Fortune & Favor specialization. Bad Luck no longer incorrectly displays a Ranged keyword in tooltip.
