And this woman realized how to not get savagely cut from a film.
 
Trailer was hype but for the third time I think that badass comic relief Black Widow doesn't work. In every trailer there's ScarJo saying one line with the same expression and tone, just like she did in Cap 2. She is a good actress so the character itself may be the problem.

I'm still holding out hope for a post credit scene of Pym berating Tony for stealing his Ultron plans.
 
So here's a weird theory. If Quicksilver is missing in that final battle scene, maybe he gets killed off? Has anybody been able to explain why Wanda was screaming from those early trailers? Setting seems to be the same.
 
I wouldn't be surprised if Ultron is responsible for creating Vision in the movie. Like, he thinks he will gain a powerfuly ally by "freeing" Jarvis from being Tony's slave, but then Vision/Jarvis is like "actually Tony is my dog, get fucked you robot cunt"
 
Once in a while a film comes along that gives me the impression that it might actually overload my system while watching it. This might be bucket list worthy in a comics movie category.

This is actually a good possibility I would think.

I hope that's Vision's first line on screen by the way.

From what I understand
both Stark and Banner create the Vision.

That's sort of the reason. He isn't "leaving" anyway, he just doesn't want to direct another MCU movie for a while, he wants to go make something of his own again (which he hasn't since Dollhouse I think). Doing two Avengers back to back, with the second one far bigger than the first, would be overwhelming to anyone.

Jarvis was just a chilling little robot / AI that helped Stark build stuff.

Now Tony has built an insane machine of total destruction. Something so strong he thought it could take the place of the Avengers.

And he messed up......badly. I'm 99% sure this will be what sets off Civil War

Guessing the "tear you apart from the inside" is a reference to mind controlling members of the team using scarlet witch?

Monologue was a bit weird "we have nothing but..." - you have a billionaire, a hulk and a super solider, you'll be fineeeee.

One could argue it isn't real AI. Probably about the same distinction Mass Effect makes between Virtual Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence; mainly self awareness and such. Following commands and making snappy conversation ain't enough.

the movie looks kinda visually stunning. it'll be funny and embarrassing to see the "looks like TV" complaints persist
 
BTW not sure if you noticed and we all saw it coming but during the last fight they showed you can see

Scarlett Witch fighting with the rest of the Avengers on their side. Wonder what make the twins switch to helping.
