Been playing around with it for the last few hours it seems you can take the McDonalds knowledge tests but even if you 100% them it doesn't increase your points rank on the graph, did both basic & advanced at 100% correct on each, the self evaluation practical training is pretty strict too you have to do everything lightning fast with no wasted time or you get a garbage ranking. But despite that i'm having a lot of fun with it, it's pretty fascinating as a piece of software. I have quite a few really rare DS games but this one has always been out of my grasp it's my holy grail for gaming items. This cart and the other eSMART cart that goes with this one, i have a feeling that i can't get my practical evaluations signed off by a manager as i'm guessing the other cart is what the managers used to check staff and see their training progress then the data would be passed over via wireless to the eCDP cart. In the manager mode on this cart you can only add or delete crew members doesn't seem you can do much more than that.

Don't care how cringy they might sound. The fact he spent over 3 grand to release this software for the entire internet to try is something i'm super grateful of he could have been a hoarder dick like that other guy and just kept it for himself and used it for online dick waving bragging rights but he didn't. Not only did he document it using the very little information there is on the net about it and i know just how little there is as i have been after this cart for years and have scoured the net both in english & japanese to get info. He also dumped & released the software and the login details/save file needed to get it to work. This is one of those pieces of software that really would be lost to time this was one of the very few carts that were so hard to get hold of that even dumper groups had never managed it.
There are a lot of elusive carts that were released for the DS more than people realise especially in Japan, the pokemon event distribution carts could make a whole video in themselves as there are a LOT of them but those at least appear on ebay from time to time.

They ripped the rom image from the cart & released it online so you can play it with either a flash cart/emulator.
