Even the next day you could probably get them fired if you complained to the right people. it's McDonald's, I'm sure they have no loyalty to the employee.

I have gotten complaints from like 1-2 months in the past that we still have to take serious and I'm not in the food industry.

Years ago, a friend from college got into it with a employee at Taco Bell. He got his food after 20 minutes, thought it smelled weird, had it tested at a lab, and the guy had pissed on the beef before putting it in the tacos. He sued and got $375k after legal fees.

I don't do fast food anymore, but sounds like a good way to make some scratch if you get the right employee.

Go back to the store salad in one hand and phone recording in the other hand.

1. Complain and tell them that this is unacceptable. Ask for the manager, a $50 gift certificate, and demand an investigation.
2. If they don't produce any of the above, start yelling profanities and throw the salad with glove into a random employees face.
3. Hop the counter and steal as many french fries as possible.
4. Take a bite out of the next sandwich on the line.
5. Get jumped (optional)
6. Run.

if i noticed my food's been tampered with this is what I'd do

#1 - take video of the food and to provide context, then wrap it up real nice and good on video to prove i haven't tampered with it further
#2 - go inside and make a whole shitshow so that the employee in question gains that deep resonating gut drop that comes from knowing you done fucked up bigtime
#3 - THEN i'll involve the manager

soon i'll have a dashcam and I won't even need to think ahead to get fuckers on film being fuckers

Edit: They gave an offer of a free salad, you turned it down. The GM is not generally at the local stores. Do you really need someone here to suggest to you to go back today and speak to the local manager?

Tampering with food is unforgivable. I'd sue the establishment and get every penny I can if it was really serious like I found a lump of shit or it was pissed on. In this case, take pictures and raise hell in the store then go higher.
