This looks like one of those fan-made Cryengine/UE remakes like Jak II or the first Crash Bandicoot.

I don't want to believe, but that would be inline with some insiders saying that Sony is reviving their old IP by giving them to indie studio no?

There's two pics on the website in the video description, and both are off-screen unlike the one posted on that Twitter which is direct-feed.

Random detail to note: His eye just has a pupil, like in the original Playstation release. Everything after that had a yellow iris.

If you can get 1080p direct feed video and a direct feed screenshot, you can get more than 3 seconds of it.

Gonna guess this is someone playing around in Unreal Engine 4.

Hope it's real, but that animation looks kinda janky.

Only things that would point it towards being fake for me:

1) Too good to be true.
2) His eyeballs/head look very static, too static.
3) Walking animation also seems very static/plain.

correct me if I'm wrong but character animations don't create themselves right? almost like it's not finished yet

Seems rather elaborate for a fake, but I dunno about the "CONFIDENTIAL PROPERTY OF SCEE DO NOT DISTRIBUTE" watermark.
