I guess Shane Newville, one of the animators at Rooster Teeth likes Megaman because he made a short video for the 25th anniversary.

It's not like Megaman combat except a few touches like certain animations and sound effects, but I do like me some fight sequences like in Monty Oum's videos.

And yes, there is some dubstep in it.

Also the whole guns was totally KoS Mos thing. But still I'm not gonna discredit the dude over that, and the dubstep. Takes serious skill to make something like this, and it was awesome. Glad to see fans are showing such support for the Mega Man series in general.

No that's Monty Oum. He also works at Rooster Teeth and he's credited at the end. It's sounds like this was a pet project by Shane though.

They need to fucking wrap up the series... I mean damn all they need to do is cover the elf wars and bamn its zero series time.

They could have ended it at X5 but still I really was hoping for more Mavrick Hunter X games, I mean at least the first three games done in that style.

It was cool (I loved the short range shooting while fighting) but I really don't want to see Kung-fu in an actual Megaman game.

It was entertaining, but it didn't feel like it hit the right notes for X. It isn't really X without giant energy blasts the size of cars and a whole slew of boss weapons. This animation even used the X8 model for X, and that version had the largest charged shot in the series. I would to see any animation for X be it 3D like this or even a flash animation that showed off X actually using boss weapons.

That's what I thought too. I really enjoyed the combat. But they should have given him boss weapons.
