I have seen this in a XBOX One 'legal' scene Discord. I can't give you any kind of warranty, of course, but it should work and it should be safe.

1) Download hwinit.overclock.gpucpu.cfg
2) Rename it to hwinit.cfg
3) put it on a usb drive under a folder named $SystemUpdate
4) plug the usb into your xbox
5) reboot

The file enables an overclocked mode controlled by a byte at 0x8 and can have a value between 0x01 - 0x58. File Magic: 0x1-0x58 - 4E,49,57,48,02.Unknown FF range.

With it, games load faster, smoother framerate, fan runs a bit louder but that's expected because it's overclocking
I tested it mainly with FF15 which is known for its incredibly long loading screens (3-5ish minutes) loading took anywhere from 45 seconds to 1:30 iirc
