I guess they were trying to make her as far from "some kid from the front lawn/backyard" as they possibly could but sort of ended up making her a bit goofy in the end.

At least they tried with the space boots.

I almost had a similar crisis after a series of thunderstorms and I thought my Wii broke (won't turn on). It turned out all I needed to do was unplug my power adaptor from my unit and wall socket and wait 2 minuites. It works perfectly.

Walking out of walmart I noticed a free $20 egift card thing with preorder ad on the theft scanners. Between that and this commercial I went from "nah" to day 1.

So, with the online preorder thing, I get the $20 credit but can I pick it up the game up in stores? Or do I have to wait for them to ship it to my house?

Why not just do it with Amazon? They offer release day delivery, I believe.

Amazing commercial. I'm glad nintendo is back to promoting their games seriously rather than some of the lame crap they released in the past when they launched the wii. I hope the Zelda SS commerical will be handled with care like this metroid commercial.

It's actually the oldest fix it method for the Wii.
Particularly for older models.
Had the problem when Brawl first came out, and found this method out by accident.
I told others to try it, and most had success.
Basically, the lenses gets something on it, and you get it off by shaking it slot side down.

This really works.
My wii is from the realease date and during a time it would not read discs sometimes. I started to shake it one time when i was fed up and from then it works perfectly.
Although it makes the sound of a reactor plane when it reads the discs :lol

Wow, biosphere gameplay is really impressive. The atmosphere gave me the chills. Going to love this.

The one criticism I have of the series in general at this point is that I'd like them to deviate more from the "Fire Zone Ice Zone Forest Zone Spaceship Zone" in every single game.

Yeah and when Nintendo tries to do something a little different (like with sunshine) people complain that the levels are too bland. It doesn't really matter to me what kind of level themes are used as long as the level design is great.

Mine did that too, the only solution that worked for me was to open her up and spray some chain grease (this white lube stuff with a straw) onto the bearings of the disc drive. From my findings the bearings needed some lubing. Worked like a charm.
