I don't see how wanting to have sex with Samus is a "little too much." A "little too much" would be wanting to stick 20 dicks in her, each in their own "hole." I don't see people religiously wanting to have sex with Other M Samus (yet). I have seen, however, people religiously wanting to have sex with Samus in the first game.

I will point out something though. Has there ever been a bad mainline Metroid game, truly? I say no. Pinball and Hunters were bad, but I've always considered those spinoffs. Metroid has always been a consistently great series in my opinion. I feel like people are expecting this to be shit are forgetting the people that normally make Metroid great are also working on this game.

Sequence Breaking/doing stuff out of order. Makes for a speedier game in a lot of aspects and adds to replayability. M1 had it, Super had it, ZM kind of had it, Prime 1 had it, Prime 2 decently had it, and 2 and Fusion pretty much didn't have it which is uncool.

SBing makes Prime 1 playable for me, I've never gone through it once the normal way as it is really boring and backtracky. But doing SB stuff it isn't and it is a lot of fun trying to do the tricks like bars and stuff!

Well not all aspects, it absolutely nailed it in terms of atmosphere, as good as Super Metroid or Prime in that sense. Plus it had a better story, at least I felt it was pretty compelling anyway.

I just wish they had built in the sequence breaks the way they did for ZM, game would have fantastic then.
