Bruce Campbell (Ash Vs Evil Dead) plays Elvis, who takes on a 3,000 year-old mummy in BUBBA HO-TEP, the 2002 cult horror-comedy classic from Director Don Coscarelli (Phantasm). Heres the early details we have so far:
- Official street date is planned for November 8th
- This will be a branded as a "Collector's Edition" that will come with a slipcover.
- The Coscarelli-approved newly-commissioned front-facing artwork you see pictured comes to us from artist Joel Robinson (Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2, The Serpent and the Rainbow). The original theatrical poster image will be on the reverse side of the wrap.
- Bonus features and specs are still in progress and will be announced sometime in Sept/Oct.
- Pre-order now directly from our website @ https://www.shoutfactory.com/film/film-horror/bubba-ho-tep-collector-s-edition which includes shipping two weeks early plus a free 18 x 24 poster of the newly-designed key art (while supplies last)!

FYI, Wal-mart and Universal has been selling Fievel Goes West and Balto as a retailer exclusive for about a month now in the US. Both titles go wide release on July. Currently $7.96 each
There's a Korean region-free Blu-Ray release you may want to check out.I can't find The Machinist or Brotherhood of the Wolf anywhere in Australia.
14 months later, still waiting. Damn it.I'd love to see these for the US.
Chicken Run
Crash (Cronenberg)
Dead Ringers
Perfect Blue
Solaris (Soderbergh)
Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit
At least we're finally getting The Iron Giant this year. That's a big get.
jonathan glazer's birth is a film i'd love to see on blu-ray but sadly it seems like it's been completely forgotten. some incredible scenes and an amazing score by desplat that should be done justice by a good quality release that i doubt will ever get made.
here's the opening scene, which is a good example of the incredible music.
The Black Cauldron
Midnight Run
I've all but given up on on Criterion ever putting out a Peeping Tom bluray at this point. It's the one title in their catalogue that's basically forever OOP that i want more than any other.
Black Cauldron and Titan AE are available via digital in HD.
All i want is Plunkett & Macleane.
