He never touched NO DAMN KIDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

even worse is that those 15 minutes turned into 38, then Ticketmaster has an error processing my request. Total Bullshit.

Now I'm waiting again, I swear to god, they better not say my code expired.

EDIT: these damn 0x100080 error codes are pissing me off

According to ticketmaster, two more dates have been added to the list

Michael Jackson, The O2 Arena, London, Mon 03 Aug 2009
Michael Jackson, The O2 Arena, London, 10 Aug 2009

and I still can't find 2 tickets :(

don't waste time posting, keep checking every date. i don't know how it works, but i think people have 2 mins to type in their info and if they fuck up or have multiple tabs they become available again.

I've got eight tickets for July 12th (both my sister and I had presale codes) ! I had to wait about 5 minutes before I was able to buy my tickets. Since I've never been to the 02 Arena before, I have no idea if they're any good.

Edit: Wait, all tickets are seated?

Yes but I can assure you that absolutely no-one was sitting down when I saw Prince at the O2 during his residency.

I pity anyone who has to sit in the upper tier though as it's very high up and the stage is miles away.

Do you guys know if Section: BK 106 Row: R seats are good ?

It's at 29 dates now. Wow. :lol

I missed the presale, I hope I can get some good tix when they're open to the general public.

Holy Fuck! What's the record for residency at the O2? Prince did 21 shows I think. This is insanity.
LOL 50 shows it is now. That's 1.000.000 tickets !! A record probably no one will ever break at the O2 stadium in London.

That is badass.

This reeks of a pending disaster. 50 shows by a guy who hasn't toured in more than a decade and who's well beyond his physical peak. He looks downright damaged and a show like this, 50 shows like this, sound way too taxing. There's no way he'll even perform a small percentage of this live. That is unless he changes what people expect from a Michael Jackson Live Tour, i.e. jumping around, dancing, explosions, all the cliché performances. Him on a chair in the middle of the stage I could imagine doing a couple of live performances, but I think it's way more likely he'll be like his show in New York a couple of years back. Meaning a parody of his former self, looking freakish, moving like a broken puppet, desperately trying to recreate the olden tymes.

And then cancelling the remaining 47 shows because of exhaustion.
Offering no refunds.

i wish him good look, lets hope he'll do great shows.

btw: did he ever sing live? i cant really find a youtube video where he does not sound exactly like on cd. and his chorus sounds like him as well!

Could be..
But that's what people were saying before he went on his HIStory tour as well.
He took multiple health and fit tests before he could sign the contract with O2, so I guess he's more fit than we think.

But he aint in his 20's or 30's anymore, so it would be unfair to have the same big expectations people had in the past.

The guy hardly sang anything live on his last world tour because of Laryngitis. That was 82 concerts, 4.5m tickets and $163.5m revenue.

I have my doubts as well. He needs the money and I wonder whether he is just saw $$$ when he agreed to this tour. However, he is doing himself a lot of favours by staying at the same venue.

This thing is fucking incredible though. 1 venue, 50 shows, 1 million fans.

I think all the fans have this in the back of their minds(but an arab sheik needs to be involved somewhere). I *really* hope he can pull it off, but i guess we will all find out from the opening nights reviews.

Somebody like MJ can probably park himself at the 02 for years in a vegas-style residency, its less taxing than traveling around the world to do shows.

My dream show that he could do is a stripped back set minus allot of the pyro and whizz-bang theatrics. Just him LIVE on the mic. So many songs he can do that have never been done...it would be awesome...

but i fear we will get a copy of "HIStory tour" v2.0 with even less singing and dancing... :/

All 50 sold out.

I reckon the shows won't be as gruelling as previous ones, and he isn't performing any consecutive nights, so it shouldn't be 'too' bad, but yeah, I am semi concerned.

Got my floor tickets the other day for Aug 1st. Looking forward to it!!

Don't worry, this list is BS. Their source is the Daily Mirror, they always make things up.
