Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to write to us with your feedback. I can certainly understand your thoughts and want you to know how much we appreciate you sending them in. Please rest assured that your comments will be forwarded to the other departments here at Nintendo. There are current and upcoming licensee games for Wii U. For more information, please visit the Games section of our website (
www.nintendo.com/games).
I'm sorry to hear of your frustration regarding the delay of Rayman Legends. While I can't speak for Ubisoft, the game's publisher, I'm sure that their goal is to meet a game's projected release date. However, as we know from our own experience those plans may be altered for a variety of reasons to ensure that the quality of the game meets our exacting specifications.
As for Aliens: Colonial Marines, I haven't head of this game being delayed. For more information on these games, I would suggest contacting the publishers directly. As the publishers of these games would be best-suited to answer your questions. To get their contact information, go to the following web address and click on the appropriate name:

Again, thank you for taking the time to write to us with your feedback. Your comments help us to understand what is important to our gamers.
Sincerely,
Jessica Smith
Nintendo of America Inc.
Yeah they are basically toeing the line there with their response, I still thought it was interesting they even replied at all. I am not sure if her reply to give me the list of licensees was to say "hey these are all companies who can make games for us!" or not.
