According to reports, there is no button to actually take a screenshot though. This would mean it's only useful for the PS4 version as of now (?).

For all three, PC/PS4/XBO, you just take a screenshot once you're done setting it up. For PC, I suppose you'd need to have FRAPS or the like to do it easily

That's to open photo mode where you tinker around with the settings and camera position. Actually taking the screenshots is done on an OS level. I thought XB1 had that feature too, though?

And so does the PC.
i hope they'll add it on every platform.

I don't think Xbone has a screenshot option yet, only videos (I don't own one, so correct me if I'm wrong).

Adding a photo mode for this game is as random as it is incredible.

I love how Monolith just threw that out, no big fanfare or press release.

This pleases me greatly. It's a shame I already killed my bag over the head nemesis but I took plenty of regular pics. I still have plenty to do so lots of chances for great pics. Hell, I might just do a new playthrough with all notifications off.

On PC:
Alt + F4 : saves an image directly to your Facebook wall and shares it with your friends. Works with any app.

This stopped being funny in the 90s.

Can't wait to try the screenshot feature out! Is the screenshot in OP showing Left Trigger or clicking the left thumb stick?

Wasn't really that funny even then. And if you really wanted to be a dick with getting people to mess up their machines, telling them to do a deltree \Y or some such via command line was far more effective.

As for the actual topic at hand, I'll have to play around with this tonight. It's great to see this sort of functionality becoming more common in games.

Needs a bump so more people know about this, hopefully we can get some nice shots for the console screenshots thread/OT.
