Millons of PSN, Windows LIVE, 2K etc passwords hacked.

It probably is fake. That guy is trying to get a job as a White Hat for some time now. Trying to get his name out there.

Wtf. I tried all my PSN emails and they're fine.

But my actual proper email address I use for important stuff has been breached once. But it doesn't say when. It says it found no pastes though. What does it mean?

if you scroll below its because of the adobe breach a few years ago....my windows live one was in that breach along with 120 million or so account if I remember correctly.

As for the people who say I got pwned is really old data....if you post any of those emails that are in the paste that was put up they are all automatically added on the spot. It even says all those were added yesterday. Doesn't matter of the email is legit or not, the website records it to inform anyone who searches

Fake or not, it would be best to change your passwords.

I just emailed a coworker about it, and he replied saying "makes sense, I had false charges on my debit card". I cant confirm it is related this instance, but it reinforces the above suggestion.

I never bother to change my password with mass hackings even if this was real. There are hundreds of thousands of folks and the chances of me being taken advantage of are slim. Also my debit card company is good about catching issues and fixing them
