My favorite one-time minor character in the series. A complete badass dedicated to the cause. In the times he was on the screen, he stole Leon's spotlight.

Yeah, one of the best examples of a minor character being so entertaining that they scrapped his "boss" and made him the new villain. To be fair, Cackletta is Wart-tier when it comes to Mario villains, but Fawful rose above...

I love the announcers in fighting games. The MK guy is perfect, and the various Street Fighter announcers always make me laugh (Alpha3, 4), or are just cool (3)

Also, the announcer in Unreal Tournament was great. Double Kill, Multi Kill, Ultra Kill, M-M-M-M-MONSTER KILL
