Regarding the milkman
I wonder what they did after Curtis punches him? Kill him? Seems... irresponsible... to let a sociopath walk around with the ability to kill anyone that drinks milk.

I hope Curtis tries to find that Healing girl since he is the only one that remembers her.
She could literally be a goldmine. Blank checks to heal the richest people in the world, and then a little charity work on the side.
This show is actually starting to remind me of The 4400 (another show that was way better than Heroes) with some of the powers showing up now. The healing chick and now this Jesus guy in the next episode.

So I guess Nathan's power is getting better since he blew up a chunk of his brains and he came back to life quickly. I was really surprised to see milkman turn Nathan into a vegetable, that was smart on his part. I agree about the probation worker thing being lazy writing. The whole situation went on too fast, same with the agent.
It was kinda predictable that Curtis would rewind time since they killed Kelly, and the foreshadowing with all of them eating pizza was too obvious. Next episode reminds me a lot of X3 with Alisha selling her powers... very Rouge. I hated that plot in the movie and I know I will hate it this time too.

This is the episode where, presumably, the Asbo (?) 5 were outed to the world. Alicia watched an interview of herself, discussing her powers, on the television in Future Simon's base. However, this particular timeline is erased from existence by Curtis, and so in future Simon's timeline, this video should not exist, and he could not possibly have brought it back.
Now, you could make the case that they will LATER reveal themselves, as that exact interview was not shown in this recent episode, but that doesn't make much sense either. Alicia is shown in the video wearing her orange Community Service jumpsuit. Unless they go back to Community Service in a future season, this is a plothole by the writers.

Future simon didn't sacrifice himself like past simon did. First part of him falling for alisha happened but during the wrong time. Future simon did everything right so when simon falls for alisha is when she loses her power which turns out to be when they have sex.

Of course, this is just my take of the whole plot. It is still a plot hole unless the writers do a quick 5-10 minute part which explains/summarises all the times Simon had traveled back in time.

What I understand from this time travel plotline is this: the surviving, present Simon continually pushes back the time of death of his friends. For example, the SuperHoodie/Future Simon that we have been exposed to during this season did not sacrifice himself in front of Curtis before he traveled back in time, as DMPrince had written in his post. This means that in SuperHoodie's timeline, Curtis never rewound time, and thus the ASBO 5 had all died at the hotel, with the exception of Curtis (unless he successfully gets stabbed). If so, this Future Simon would have had access to the interview video, as their exposure had occurred, but not erased.

In my opinion, the attraction of this show, at first, was always the characters and their personalities, but not their powers. So, I think giving refreshed characters better thought out powers would completely change the show to more of the typical superhero story. However, I had noticed that they are concentrating more on their powers now, instead of themselves as people, so maybe your suggestion would be one of the logical considerations.

Well, it would still be hard to understand, though. Super-Simon's first (known) action was to save Nathan for the mind-controlled crowd. In that timeline, everyone will be controlled by the telepath until she dies. So we have to assume that she indeed died soon after she used her power on the ASBO 5, that they went on with their lives; allowing Simon to travel to the past? Ugggh :lol

I don't think it's a throwaway episode just because all the development in the characters became redundant in terms of plot.
Curtis needs more development as a character though, given his power. No one can perceive Curtis' groundhog day power, but it never seems to take much for everyone to believe him. And the girls don't really use their power much anymore, I don't remember Alisha using hers since series 1. And I feel Nathan and Kelly are a bit sidelined in the later half of this series. Nathan is still a big presence because of how he is, but their stories never go beyond one episode.
Yeah, maybe Future Simon's timeline was one where he never got told he was a superhero by Alisha, never stood in front of Curtis, Curtis got stabbed, everyone but Simon ends up dead. He decides to make up for it by becoming a superhero and goes back in time somehow. So we aren't in Future Simon's timeline any more.

But even if he's lying about this, if Simon decides to come back in time after the hotel massacre happened, why would he decide to die saving Alisha from the video game guy? He knows that something horrible will happen after his death (the millk guy reveal). His actions would accomplish nothing in the end.

I watched the first ep of this and was left unimpressed. Probably one of the worst power origin stories I've seen and you can tell it has a low budget.
