Stop blaming the snitching on Jones motherfuckas, rampage said he thinks it happened with Evans too

he snitched on some of his college classmates who were smoking weed to the cops. he's proud of doing it too.

can't blame that on rashad.

And yet the last time we got the UFC in Chicago, it was the fucking Silva/Cote bullshit.

Smh, Dana...

TRUTH. i don't get why dana and co. keep going back to these small shitty markets, and completely ignores the 3rd largest market in the US.

It's BOOSHEET!

I want another chance to boo everyone I see again!

overeem would destroy mir. as usual, people forget what year we are in. again, would bet my account on it - feel free to save all of these quotes. so far i bet my account on:

1. jones beating rampage (fight is already going to take place).
2. jones beating rashad (fight will take place eventually).
3. overeem beating mir (fight will hopefully happen soon).

guaranteed.

Well, the Rio crowd chanted "You'll die!" at weigh-ins and booed guys for speaking English and they got praised as the greatest crowd of all time so I think we should get another shot. :(

I missed that ppv because I was on vaction in arizona, was the crowd that bad? I know that ppv card was pretty awful tho.

I'll take mir over reem anytime, his hw resume is miles better. Wins over sylvia, kongo, lesnar, big nog, cro cop, big country is a lot better than wins over cans in k1 and japan.

MMA Junkie Radio has the conference call streaming.

They announced Velasquez vs. Dos Santos on FOX.

I dont know about the mainstream appeal of Cain and JDS...great fight though, but no one outside of MMA fans know these names. Hopefully people watch.

Dana is echoing my "MMA isn't mainstream" argument from a few weeks ago perfectly. If you have to explain the sport to someone, you aren't mainstream.

That fight would have gotten no buys on PPV, not sure why they want it on this show. Either going to be a quick knockout for JDS or five rounds of LnP by Cain - leaning toward the latter.

I was hoping for Tito vs. Franklin.

Look, I'm all about personalities and angles and character development but I think there's a certain cachet that comes with a world heavyweight championship fight. It just sounds like a big deal and sometimes the title is more important than the people fighting for it.

Well yeah, but heavyweight boxing champions of the past didn't often weigh in at 245 lbs and gas out in under 4 minutes.

Smh...

Dream is right. Casual fans love watching big guys throw bombs and there's a certain prestige factor involved with the Heavyweight title.

Damn this is HUGE for fox and the UFC. Dana and the UFC really putting his money where his mouth is after ripping Arum last week.

It's not just the heavyweight title thing, they are putting a budding superstar in Cain on free tv, and he targets a potentially massive fight fanbase that the UFC has had it's sights set on for a while. This could pay off big for them if Cain wins and wins big.

This is Cain vs Dos Santos. Not James McSweeney vs Christian Morecraft.

Not that we'll ever know, but that fight would have drawn a much bigger rating.

JDS gasses out in every fight and Cain had to lay on Kongo for 12+ minutes because every time the fight was standing he got immediately rocked.
