You should know better OP, I just joined and I know this is a sonyGaF forum.
No need to get mad, it's just a gaming forum you can get a lot of news and help from.
I have no problem with fanboyism, it's a culture everywhere.

seriously where is somewhere you can talk about games without mods going on a power trip? i'm not going to resetera lol. reddit is toxic too. maybe discord? i don't know.

Yeah but thread bans are pretty crap. I got one the other day for saying Sony need to improve the quality of PS+ , I sub to it and want it better lol. Never mind. PS5 arrives soon so hopefully try out the ps5 games on there. Any recommendations?

Stick with the exclusives. Demon Souls, Returnal, Ratchet and Horizon FW. in that order. Everything except for horizon can be beaten in under 20 hours so you're not going to get any video game fatigue. Check out GT7's online mode if you are a Forza Motorsport player and see how amazingly civil the online racing is, it's just remarkable coming from Forza which is like racing against toddlers playing with toy cars. Skip it if you've already played GT Sports online. It's basically the same thing.

Yes, too far- it was a post delete, not a warning.

As for the other- it was a thread cleanup for those quoting the warrior troll bait. You can only fit so many words in the response message before they cut off.

Yeah, I'm sure you're a saint. I also got two posts deleted in the MS AB acquisition thread because of jokes/trolling. I'm not leaving no.

100% agree with op, some people go to almost every Xbox thread and troll, derail threads and nothing happens. On the other side Yesterday someone said that psvr2 is state of the art and I have responded asking what makes it state of the art - guess what, 5 minutes later got fucking warning Because I know about pc vr headsets that are much more advanced, but I dared to question Sonys greatness.
 
Why do people on here always feel the need to write a post about leaving? This seems like it happens a lot. Just leave.

Don't leave dude, you're a veteran on this forum and I want the old-timers to stick around as a reminder of what GAF used to be. I will say that moderation needs a massive overhaul. I've never had many interactions with the mods aside from one time calling somebody an idiot. We need more transparency as some of them are actually cool guys ( DGrayson DGrayson ), but when it comes to Playstation vs Xbox everybody starts to lose their shit on this forum. Not only do we get name-calling, we have moderators going on banning power trips followed by multiple suicide threads. It's not right, I've been on here long enough to know that this childish bullshit needs to end, even though it won't.
 
I don't give a shit about Sony, PlayStation, PC gaming and several other subjects, but I don't go in their fan threads to derail and flame. That's just plain trolling.
I'm not holding back in general news or discussion threads though, which is the point of a forum in general. Just don't shitpost and you're fine.

I know it's not easy moderating, and I guess you guys gets a lot of angry messages for obvious morons who just troll, but it would really be nice if you guys didn't ignore when we write to you.

I've tried several times before to contact the mods and get to know what I did instead of just being straight up ignored.
