The OP has covered most of them. However am I alone in being fed up with those "smug" alcohol in the hand (centered) pictures. I get it you both drink and enjoy alcohol which most of the population does too. Almost everyone does them and most of the time the pictures don't look any good or flattering with red glow eyes.

When I see it I instantly write that person off, and consider their IQ instantly lower than what it should be regardless if I know them or not. Man that pose pisses me off. I hate filtered/Instagramed picture the most. Duck faces come in a close second. Duckfaced filtered pictures are even better but those are rare. Pictures of food, possessions or some other shit people want to show off are awful too.

I don't have a problem with group shots as long as they're just acting normal and aren't being jackasses haha. For about a year my profile picture was my girlfriend and I so couple pics don't bother me either. Ultrasounds and baby pictures can get annoying. Duck face and guido are the worst. I took a bathroom self portrait shot at my buddies house while wearing white sunglasses, holding a 15 pound weight, with my hair spiked up and I made it my profile pic to mock everyone in the Jersey Shore craze. It wound up getting like 30 likes and everyone said it was legit. Yeah...
