In college I would routinely drink 26 light beers after hard workouts on the weekends.
milk + oats + pb + whey + banana
Probably close to 800 calories there.
Drink this and you will gain weight.
My biggest struggle is putting on quality weight. I want to bulk but I feel like my body fat isn't low enough. Right now I feel like a fat fuck.
My gym has a cafe connect to it.
The smell of burgers and chips when your exit can be tempting.
My friends who go to Planet Fitness tell me that they serve pizza and fried chicken to people on certain days.

I'm on a diet and really close to the perfect body weight, but today I didn't eat, and I went to the gym, so I was hungry. And I was getting high with my friend, so I got even more hungry. So when I was walking home, I ate a chicken burger which is 640 whopping calories and now I feel so sad

Is this for real??? I can't get my head around this.
Started cutting around 2 months ago. Burned about 350 calories doing sprints. Felt so dizzy afterwards that I just pigged out when I got home. Ate like 3 servings of this Greek dish pastichio which my parents had made the night before. That shit is calorific as hell, like 1000 calories per serving.
