Most successful Switch ports.

So the Switch has a various library. On the one hand it has a huge number of games with 80+ metacritic scores (for lack of a better yardstick), but on the other hand it's flooded with indy, low budget, cash grab, imitation titles and the like.

It also has ports. I'm generally referring to PC ports like Crysis, Skyrim, Diablo 3, Civ 6, and the like. But you know whatever.

Which of these ports have really worked for you? I'm talking about translating controls to the small screen, solid performance, etc etc.

I usually tend to buy the best version of games, so I don't own any of those ports. That said, I'm pretty sure D3 is pretty good on the Switch, because it worked perfectly well even on the XBOX 360.

I was mindblown by the Outlast 2 port, and by The Witcher 3 port too (big downgrade obviously, but perfectly palyable).

Bought the Doom Slayer collection cartridge for doom 1993, doom II 1994, doom 64 and doom 3.

The doom 2016 port is fantastic as well.

I'm excited to see how the Dying Light and World War Z ports turn out. It's always interesting to see what kind of compromises the developers decide to do.

I love the Witcher 3 port and have played it more on switch than on my PC, really enjoy the portability factor

Diablo 3 port is also fantastic to play in bed and looks great on the small screen.

I've only fully played Spyro 1 on the Reignited trilogy and that game, even at 30fps ran delicious to me, the only thing was a little blured IQ due to resolution + antialiasing applied but even then zero aliasing anyway so no complain, I'll get it later for PC to complete the trilogy probably but even if I don't, playing it on Switch didn't feel like a downgrade at all
