It was good.

I want to try Gouda cheese on a Pizza, since I hear that is what is usually use in Japanese pizzas and they always look so good, but I have to find some decent Gouda.

Haha I love that third one. I'm surprised to hear this was good though. I guess it would melt well but I don't picture it being very flavorful. Then again it's just not a favorite cheese of mine to begin with.

Gouda is great but you need to have an aged gouda to have nice sharpness to it. Fontina is also very good, as is provolone.

Muenster is good. Period.

Try Old Amsterdam or Beemster (be prepared to pay through the nose). It's very good for a nice sharp texture, I use it with pepperoni or sausage pies.

Muenster cheese is phenomenal on burgers as well. It makes me wonder why the hell it isn't an option everywhere.
