This kind of shit pisses me off. There are people that have real family problems in this thread. If she's happy where she is just leave her the fuck alone. This is no different than someone disowning a member of their family for having premarital sex.

You could contact her b/f, the school, and finally the police.
So, in the case she 'd have threatened you or your family you had some sort of good proofs for reacting in someway.

I think at this point in the thread, it's pretty obvious that no one here really cares about your problem. In order for this thread to have a happy ending two of the following must happen.

1) i wish i had a pic of her but im not even her friend on myspace but ill try

2)i swear im gonna do that :lol just need to get my hands on a camera

3)i was at a metal/deathmetal party and hurd some dude (have no idea who he was) say "why the fuck am i "eyeballing his girl" i tell him "hey man calm the fuck down i dont even know who your girl is" he walks up to me taking off his crapy jacket (he looked like a homless punker) saying "you dont know who your fucking with.....bla bla bla"

later that night...i was leaving and him and his g/f roll up on me and he starts telling me to get of my bike.....i do....and elbow him in the face....after throwing him down i elbowed him in the face about only 10 or 15 times...his ass was still on the floor when i left

what bullshit is that i was almost home when a cop pulled me over and told me that there was a report of a guy on a bike atacking someone with a weapon and there was blood all over the right side of my sweater.....another copcar pulls up and hes in the back seat with his left eye closed all the way up and his nose looked brocken and they sayed the back of his head was gonna need stitches (probobly form when i slamed him down)

since they found no weapon (cause there was none) they charged me with misdemeanor assault with a weapon and was in county for about 3 months




i didnt show up for court for the fallow up (im real stupid and lazy)

Damn that sucks dude. Aren't verbal threats or threatening actions considered assault? If so, then you went to jail for self-defense. Didn't you have a lawyer? If you didn't have a weapon and aren't a trained fighter then how did they get you for assault with a weapon?
