My Girlfriend is upset because ive been with a stripper...

I dunno, if she's not as sexually experienced, I could see her being a bit jealous. Don't know the girl though so like I said, can't really say. :lol Just trying to think of all possibilities. Since from the sounds of it, this is the only "problem" they have and I don't see it as being much of a problem, really. Unless it's something that continues or she brings it up again. To me, it just seems like it would be a petty stupid reason to completely end a relationship over. To me the guy looks more crazy in that situation. If she does end up psycho, so be it but he'll just have to find that out for himself later on or not. Hell, maybe he won't even mind. I know people in relationships that actually like that kind of thing, weird but whatever. Different people, different boats I suppose. I guess everybody has somebody.

Sorry for rambling, I'm so tired. Hope I at least made some sense. :D
 
The first thing I thought was that you banged a stripper. Getting a lap dance does not equal being with a stripper. Also I've never had a lap dance I just don't get it? It just doesn't compute in my brain what the appeal is. I've had brief relationship with a stripper but even that wasn't really that appealing. Its great at first cause your so stoked to get to bang her then once you do it kind of loses all its glamour.

You are the type that probably always searches for the 'good' in people. You mean well but people probably walk all over you because you are too nice. You also probably give 5th and 6th chances.

This is the first sign of the crazy. If you don't do something about this then she's going to guilt trip you and shame you for the rest of your relationship. And by doing something I don't mean apologizing, you have to man up and get her to understand that a Lapdance is fucking nothing, and that what happened in your past has no bearing on your relationship now. If she still can't get over it, then it's time to think about giving her the boot because it's only going to get worse from there.

Not really, I just think if this guys happy in the relationship and the only "problem" is her getting a little jealous of stripper than I'd just think that's too simple of a reason to break up with someone.

And not really about "girls sticking together" I just don't think 1 little reason is a "good" reason to end an otherwise good relationship according to the OP.

Good point. It depends on how big of a problem it is for her. That's what determines how crazy she is. Just being a woman, she's already about 30%. :lol

OP said she seemed she was only a little upset. Meaning, she probably felt a little jealous but he didn't say she was bitching about it or bothering him with it so I don't think she's done anything all that bad. She might've just felt a bit weird about it, since when people say "private lap dance" they usually assume the person paid for a little "extra" if you know what I mean.

There's a lot worse. I do know crazy because my childhood friend is crazy. She will raise hell if a guy she's dating even talks to another female period. Yet she flirts with guys all the time even. Oh, it's also okay for her to look at porn but not her BF. I've never understood that either. But really, looking at this, OPs GF looks pretty low on the crazy scale to me. :lol

As for girls not being sexually inexperienced, it depends. I still consider myself sexually inexperienced. I've been sexual with 3 people total (including my current BF) and have only had sex with two. Both my previous BFs were virgins as well so with my current BF, I had felt a little weird about things at first since I wasn't used to being with someone that had more sexual experience. I got over it obviously but I can see why it's a little intimidating if you've never been with someone like that before.
 
Never be honest with a woman. She lulled you to sleep and made you think that she'd be okay with it. Now, she will hold this shit against you forever or until you're through with her. You are fucked and I hope you enjoyed that lap dance.

Most likely she has feelings of inadequacy or some other self-concious problem. She might even feel like she's not desirable to you since a stripper represents a lot of bad things about the stereotypical woman in today's society. Or it could be that she takes any type of sexual relations very seriously and thinks you lowered yourself. Maybe a combination of things.

Best bet is to explain to her that you were young, stupid, and/or lonely and you regret doing what you did.

OP: tell your gf that one of my friends used to be a stripper, and now she is an accountant who makes enough to have her dream house built. Not everyone who strips is some disease-ridden skank, but lots of common women are.
 
She is definitely overreacting, but only consider leaving her if she doesn't let it go. I've freaked out at shit my girlfriend has done in the past, but soon realize how stupid it is to be mad about it.
