My roommate thinks gaming is for sinners

May i introduce you two of the most useful words in the english language to be used in situations like this.

OFF and FUCK

I'll leave the order to you.

She needs to be told

OP you're 36, if they want to throw you out over playing a computer game then bloody let them, that is utterly pathetic

And if your friend since childhood throw you out because some random woman he's known a year wants you out then he is no friend at all

Seriously 33 years old and living out of wedlock with two men...sh shouldn't be going on about sin not mentioned in the bible when that sort of stuff is emphatically covered adnauseum in the bible!

I mean seriously you are a grown ass man, stand up for yourself and tell her that if she really doesn't want games in the communal room fine, but NEVER be so rude as to cast aspersions on your character because she has a personal hang up over it....

seriously move out, or have intervention with his family at their home, surely you can manage a safety in numbers approach to confront him

Could it be that they are compensating for their own "sinful" manners by trying to "save" the OP, and making themselves feel good by seeing you as the true sinner in the house.

Next time she starts giving you static, give her the ol' Rick Grimes special until she stops talking.

Considering his age and the age of the female roommate, she has no reason to be so judgmental, unless it's her plan to get him to move out by being over the top and confrontational.

If you haven't already found out you will eventually that as people get older it is common for men to choose their spouses/significant others over their friends.

In general, sure. That's normal. In this specific case I don't know many men that will let their significant other treat others like shit and just allow that to happen.

I love my wife but I'd put her on blast if she ever talked to someone like that.
