January to March probably saw some sales. European release might have stumbled its way to 100k like in NA. That + the continued sales in Japan + US might have pushed it to 490k.

Counting all versions of each game and WW (if applicable), I think Vesperia's #6, behind Phantasia, Destiny, Eternia, Destiny 2, and Symphonia.

It's likely above anything from Rebirth and beyond though, which is something I suppose.
