I'll be honest, I don't really understand. It looks a bit like a mini game you would get between stages of another game. My best guess is that it's not dissimilar to what was called Bust A Move in PAL regions.

That's a cute idea, a 3D Puzzle Bobble based on both different size and 3D position of the spheres you have to match
Surely not a blockbuster but maybe a decent puzzle game

Edit - didn't know anything about Hololive Treasure Mountanin so it's not even an orginal Idea... I'll pass
