Name some voluptuous bodied female characters

lol

Voluptuous generally does not mean fat. To call a fat person 'voluptuous' is to basically make a comment on her appearance without hurting her feelings. :p

I'm not having this shit. :p

Some should start a thread about ugly handicapped female characters in games.

Well we do have a full game full of handicapped girls.

What I dont like about these thread is that its gender specific. Its always a girl who is x, never a character who is x.

Yeah, a lot of these are joke posts (I assume), but I take voluptuous to mean 'full', not 'fat'. Basically 'not hella skinny.' The Rayman nymphs are voluptuous. That Mary lady from Tobal is voluptuous.

Was playing Resonance of Fate the other day, got a quest where I had to go meet a woman, who could easily fit this thread, at her mansion. Vashyron needed a full cutscene to show his reaction towards the woman proportions when they got there for the 1st time, it was certainly cringeworthy.

No. But some fat women have tried to co-opt it because they're too lazy to lose weight and want to delude themselves and those around them that their poor life choices are perfectly acceptable.
I know a girl who is thin, but her metabolism is such that if she doesn't swim and run twice a day, which is an ungodly amount of dedication and exercise in its own right, she'd be twice her weight. She also has to eat an incredibly strict diet. I wouldn't blame someone for not wanting to go through with that. You and I may be fortunate to have fast metabolisms that make it possible to stay fit at a fraction of the effort, but not everyone is so lucky, and girls in particular have it rough because of shallow asshole comments like the one I quoted. So let's not make it worse, shall we?

Wait: that whole giant person statue thing is an actual enemy?

Goddamn. I'm gonna have to play those games.
I took the pics posted earlier in the thread (not the one you quoted, though), and no, she's not an enemy, nor a statue -- she's moving and talking when you meet her. But like all of the NPCs in the game, she can be killed, and death is permanent. She's very attractive, which is how I wound up accidentally killing her -- looking at her through a projectile weapon that then fired by mistake, lol. And her death, in particular, has a huge impact on the environment...

Eh
she doesn't actually die, that's simply an illusion (all the gods apart from gwyndolin have already left).

Thing is, though, her death results in dramatic environmental changes that are quite exciting...

How many calories a day can this girl you're talking about eat before she starts gaining weight exactly? I seriously doubt that its an absurdly low number of calories, like a thousand. People's metabolism doesn't vary that much. If you don't know exactly how many calories she's eating and drinking, then you really don't know how slow her metabolism is.

Yes, that's true. Man, Dark Souls is amazing. :)

I don't know much about calories (I'm a thin guy so I've never had to pay attention to them), but I know she lost ~100 pounds by distance running and swimming twice a day, and all she eats is salad. As soon as she relaxes her exercise for a moment, or eats something like, say, a cupcake, the weight starts to come back. Now my point is, that's rough, so even though she found a way to control it, it requires her to do more than most of us will ever have to do, and so it's bullshit when people act like, "Oh, they should stop being lazy." Fuck that. We're all built differently, and beyond that, we also have different emotional makeups. Be kind to other people. (And this isn't directed at you, Trent, but just the general attitude I see from others online sometimes. I have zero tolerance for mean behavior.)

God I really need to get into Dark Souls. All the bosses seem to look incredible, and everytime I try it it's only "kill dem skeletons" :(

Tip: When you start Dark Souls and arrive in Firelink Shrine after the tutorial area, do NOT go to the area with the skeletons. When people arrive in Firelink Shrine, they often make the mistake of thinking the cemetery is where they should go first. The easier, more natural progression is to head up the winding trail toward the aqueduct. (Although there is some nice loot in the cemetery if you want to make a couple suicide runs retrieving it.)

Telma and Rose were good examples. I think the best example would be that tree from The Last Unicorn, but that's not from a game.

Has the feminine cast of Dear or Alive been mentioned? They're pretty much the definition of voluptuous .

Eh, I think the closest one to that in DOA is Rachel. It's immediately obvious that's more solidly built than the rest of the ladies.

Man, it'd be cool to have a Telma-like female character in that series.
