To be fair it was his first fight and it was against some pretty tough guys at the time.

Still all he had to do is blast Nappa once at full power and end it at that moment. OR atleast did enough damage for the others to end it. He went after Vegeta when everyone was down for the count.

freezypops ran a organization that enslaved worlds and probably has personally destroyed/enslaved many of them himself. On the other hand majin buu has been around for quite a while, so it is unknown how many worlds he's conquered.

My favorite is still Cell, had the most interesting attitude out of any of the villians.

Nappa wanted to use the Dragon Balls to resurrect Raditz (Vegeta opposed it), he had some decency in him.
