Nathan Drake's looking good (Uncharted 4)

original
lol

Edit: tired of the condescending bullshit.
Fair enough, but it would be interesting to get an answer to where you dont need to kill in Uncharted, but you're forced to, and why you need to kill everyone in The Last Of Us. And what you think should be done differently in Uncharted to make it a better game. I dont know what you first replied, but i'm curious about those questions at least.

The thread title has changed. It was originally something about Drake killing dudes and looking good.

Actually, this *was* the original thread title until someone changed it to something about Drake murdering people, and, completely derailed the thread. Glad they changed it back.

How old is Nathan in this game. I wonder if they'll make the female characters age like nathan.

According to the Wikia:
During Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception, Nate claims that he was in prison at the age of fifteen, within a year of meeting Victor Sullivan. Sully later claims that he was at least forty when first he met Nate, and that he is twenty-five years older than Nate. This places Nate's age at the time at fifteen years old, and at thirty-five years old during the rest of the game.
So he was at least 35 in U3, and according to ND, U4 takes places several years after. Several can't be a high number so it is save to predict around 5-10 years have passed and given how he looks Nate is definitely on his Early 40's just like Sully was when he met him, kind of ironic isn't it. Maybe Drake will find his own 14 year old sidekick and then that sidekick will become the new protagonist for the next Uncharted Games will Drake becomes the mentor like Sully was.

Does anyone know whether the picture of Drake in OP a high poly render from Z-brush/Maya or in-engine?

I am waiting to see whether ND can implement localized damage this gen.

ND are going for that "Ruggedly handsome every man" man. They did the same thing for TLoU. It's the stuff that builds character. With ever growing population of female gamers, it's only natural ;P

Please any infos? What happened yesterday?

We determined ND finally made the perfect white male power fantasy protagonist, genetically perfecting him to look like every single popular white actor on the planet.

Also, Indiana Jones killed Nazis, so nobody should bat an eye when Nathan Drake kills hundreds of people

But seriously, could please ND find some good hateful enemies to kill this time? they don't have to be nazis, even if that worked perfectly for indy, just not the usual cannon fodder.

I think the arguement is more of the opposite actually. At least that is my understanding of it. No one seemed to bat an eye when Indy killed all those enemies in the movies. I havnt read all replies in this thread, but i havnt seen anyone so far that has argeed with that any movie or game character that kills a lot of enemies where the game designers of movie directors doesnt portrait the character to show heavy remorse for the killings, and that the character is in general concidered a good guy and a likeable person or character, that those persons or characters are big psychopathic murderers. I guess that is where much of the argument lies, as in "what makes Drake any different from (insert some other character here) when they techincally does much of the same things?". That, and also why things are being compared to real life when its a game, or a movie when talking about Indiana Jones.
