Many people prefer 2K cam. I have been playing the series since it began on the DC when there was no broadcast cam. I adapted to the broadcast cam over the years, not necessarily because it plays better, but because it really looks like you're watching a tv broadcast.

Seriously, alot of people in this thread are writing off the graphics based off what they see on a lousy video player when everyone who was in attendance wholeheartedly say that it looks great up close, even in gameplay,

Alright, even with the garbage Gamespot video player, it's IMMEDIATELY clear that the next gen version looks leagues better than the current gen one. Model quality, physics, animations, lighting, reflections, all far, far better.

Tons of detail is lost up close, so it's no wonder it looks like blurred nonsense from a far. Similar reactions happened in The Order thread until Gamersyde screenshots showed up...

Thank you for this. I knew I wasn't crazy when I did see some improvement. Gameplay is a little like current gen but they did add features that make it more balanced, realistic.. I'm loving it.. This Day fucking 1

I used to play with the 2k cam but one year it was asstacular and I switched to broadcast and haven't been able to switch back. Plus the freeze and swivel after every basket sucked

Great. Servers are going to be crowded with people that just bought the game for the look and don't know how to play. Leaving me left with people that quit in the first quarter against me when they're down by just 10.

So bizarre. Game looks waaaay better during gameplay with the pulled out camera, than it does during cutscenes. Face and hand animations need a LOT of work for those high scrutiny shots to work well.

they originally based their tattoos on their previous player models of LB. They see LB had recently got some additional tattoos, so it was added to their game.

Not enough of a leap in my opinion, they went overboard with PR speak, which is always the first warning shot. The player jerseys looked great on the trailer and then on gameplay vids you can see them hovering right over the skin, like always.

Man all of the animations are so much more natural. And another thing that sticks out is
how many more players look like themselves now. The only player that stuck out to me as looking kind of weird was Curry.
