I've already run into GAF in the real world, but that is pretty ridiculous. The design similarities isn't that surprising, but the color schemes are. Orange isn't THAT popular a color for logos. (For good reason. Look what it did for Palm.)

When I'd seen just the first logo, I was going to suggest that it was like bactrians and dromedaries.
