Man, some of these posts. I could never comprehend the kind of hate 5 Guys gets on GAF. Then again, maybe some 5 Guys are really bad - my sister in law hated the ones she had up in Virginia but tried the ones in Orlando and loved them.

processed cheese slices are pretty gross, I usually buy a good aged sharp cheddar for my burgers.

The sheer number of toppings on the menu is the gimmick, the burgers are just above fast food quality. The one I used to go to was slow as fuck, too, then it closed. So.... eh.

Give Red Leicester a try, it's a good melting cheese with plenty of flavour.
