In what way? I'm genuinely curious since I haven't checked Amazon in awhile and only use Netflix.
To me, the biggest get for Amazon was the Comedy Central shows.
Considering Comedy Central has put out several great new shows in the past few years, it really stands out to me.
Purely my own opinion.
Gotcha. I was more curious though about the differences in movie selection between the two (as was stated in your original post).
I'm wondering about that too. I need more Venture Bros.
Yeah, I'm probably being inconsistent here. Apologies.
Anecdotally, I just find myself watching movies on Amazon a lot more than I used to these days, not because I want to (again, their interface and stream quality are both lousy), but because they're there and not on Netflix.
You keep saying Amazon's stream quality is lousy, but it's excellent for me. Also, you have trouble loading Hola. Are you sure your internet connection is optimal?
Netflix needs a "New Arrivals" and a "Soon Departing" section. Which sucks, because they had the former and for some reason removed it.
AT&T Uverse Max Turbo. Download speeds up to 24 Mbps.
Haven't had an issue with Netflix in ages, and I have problems with Amazon streaming constantly. I started using my wired connection on my Wii U to watch Amazon Video because I thought perhaps it was a wifi issue, and it still completely drops in the middle of episodes quite often.
If it's some AT&T fuckery I can't say I'd be shocked.
Rocky (1976)
Rocky II (1979)
Rocky III (1982)
Rocky IV (1985)
Rocky V (1990)
Damn! Had no clue these were already on Netflix.
Ah Nintendo WiiU. I don't know why but Amazon apps run horribly on Nintendo platforms. Same as my Wii and WiiU.
Hmm, I've never seen Mean Girls or Cast Away, maybe I'll watch one of them.
No catch. So I am using 'Hola Better Internet' Chrome extension to use VPN with Netflix. It works perfectly, and I'm watching Doom on UK Netflix.
Is there a catch? What VPN client _should_ I be using? (Mac) Will Netflix ban me?

Thank god I saw it again Christmas day.
It's good to keep people updated on what's leaving and what's staying. Plus since it's not a general Netflix thread, it won't clutter up the main page for long. This is the second time you've made a thread for this. We already have a Netflix thread as someone has pointed out to you op.
Just seems like a slap in the face to GK86, he spends a lot of time keeping that thread updated. It's good to keep people updated on what's leaving and what's staying. Plus since it's not a general Netflix thread, it won't clutter up the main page for long.

That is exactly what happens in the Netflix thread. It's good to keep people updated on what's leaving and what's staying. Plus since it's not a general Netflix thread, it won't clutter up the main page for long.
Its not a mega thread, it's a community thread. He lists what's coming and going right in the first post, He edits it all the time. This thread is literally the same as the community thread. This one just happened to be in off topic. We don't have megathreads for a reason. Most people don't want to discuss general Netflix stuff so having a thread specifically for this so they know to check what is coming and going makes sense.

Contracts expire. Why does Netflix remove content?
Kind of depressing that the leaving list is longer than the arriving list.
Netflix keeps getting worse. Their original shows are good, but otherwise the quality seems to be going downhill.
