Neverness to Everness (NTE) |OT| Gacha Theft Anime

Compared with the other open world gachas it seems pretty good to me. This game's pull economy and character value is completely different than for instance Wuwa or ZZZ. No 50/50 no additional weapon banner which uses the same pull currency and you can select the skills of copies. These three factos alone make the game arleady way more f2p friendly and imo justify a lower pull count. Furthermore the value of a character in NTE is just higher.

What do you get in Wuwa? The character.

What do you get in ZZZ? The character and some hangout interactions.
There's a reason i droped all those 3D gacha games as well. I aint dealing with that level of greed anymore.

I never played Brown Dust 2 but comparing all these games with Nikke is kinda unfair as the production value for a 3d open world game and a 2d shooter just aren't the same. I love Nikke, it's the 4th gacha I play and in some aspects
(story/writing/lore/music) it's leagues above Wuwa, ZZZ and NTE but they still can achieve all that with a way smaller team than the other games. And let's not pretend that some of the cosmetic stuff isn't extremely expensive. I bought 7 gacha skins in € prices before i started to use a Japan connected VPN so I know what I'm talking about....
Im perfectly fine if the cosmetics are greedy as long the character aquisition is made easy, its very easy to get all characters in Nikke, and even easier in Brown Dust 2 as its the most generous gacha i know. NTE has alot of cosmetics and other stuff to monetize thers zero reason they need to be stingy with character pulls. I want to see what cope ppl will use to defend they greedy gachas when Ananta comes out without character gacha. And im sure thers gonna be alot of greedy shit in that game as well, but if they keep they promiss that all characters will be free to unlock through gameplay, then its the only game of these open world F2P games that will get my time and atention.

Ok so I'm entering "endgame " now and started actually building characters instead of just pressing auto equip.

I absolutely hate this system with Tetris pieces for the consoles. It's a nightmare to go through and equip them and sort them and the UI sucks ass, every menu has different inputs.

This needs serious QOL improvements asap. Right now this is absolutely garbage.

In my opinion it's a level of RNG that we didn't need. Not only do we have to worry about stats, now it has to both fit in the character's console AND has to be one of the shapes that activates the buffs on the disc.

So disheartening to see every gacha company decide that gearing your characters needs to be the fucking worst. Well, I guess Endfield's isn't as terrible.
