Daaaamn that's the PSP?? I decided a while back that I would get a PSP just for this game. That decision just got stronger.

Your not the only one, I got a PSP for this game and other ones like the Star Ocean remakes, Castlevania remake, and tales of the world.

The game looks awesome. Instant buy.

BUT...

I don't like some of the music in the game. I really hate j-rock music with vocals.

Well, I would love the game because I like J-rock.

As if I needed enough reasons to buy this game.

Why aren't they using this engine to create an original game or something? I'll buy this if the gameplay is good but I don't really care about more silly details on the FFVII storyline.

Who says they won't?

They tried selling original games, games like Subarashiki ended up as failures even if most people that played it like it quite a bit.

They try original IP's that are good, but end up selling badly. Bad sales only tells them that they need to rely more on the Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy money train.

I am really intrigued about the map.

There are a "map planning director" and "3d map director".

Am I late to the party? :D

any Prediction-Age on what Crisis Core pulls in it's first weekend?

oh, and isn't Dissidia using an advanced version of CC's engine?

Depending on how many copies are shipped, it will most likely be out of stock in the first week of release.

Also isn't Crisis Core and Dissidia both using a "lite" version of the Kingdom Hearts I-II engine.

Indeed. It would be funny if FFVII remake or sequel ended up on PSP using the Crisis Core engine.

The FFVII (Original game only) fanboy in me can't help but feel slightly sick at these screens.

I know jenova the babe,I have one wing too.
I hope its good but damn I love the world of ff7 an it looks like square dont

I don't like how they changed the scene with Cloud and Seph in the reactor. Clound threw his bitch ass across the room into a wall, then they go and change it in Seph jumping into the life stream. Stupid fans.

The art direction is kind of bland and empty, especially compared to FF7...
I guess it's because it tries to be too realistic, it doesn't mesh well with the super deformed world of the original FF7.

Anyway, the game could go either way, this might be the first of the Compilation of FF7 to not be lackluster.

So wait, you prefer the pre-rendered, Lego look of the original FF7, over what Crisis Core is presenting?!

Well duh, the super realistic look of Crisis Core doesn't mesh well with the pre-rendered, Lego look of the original ff7. :lol

Crisis Core looks great.

It's amazing how far handhelds have come. Particularly the PSP in terms of prowess. But yeah, I can't wait. I'm going to need a translation guide.
