hm, they actually have a decent amount of story to go through, the graphics look decent enough, they ignore GT it seems, if this plays decently and follows the typical free to play model it could be a hit. from everything i've read about it it seems to cover all the major bases for a popular mmo, with dbz as a bonus.

One thing I'm extremely grateful for is Akira Toriyama's art, it prevents them from using the traditionally shitty "kitchen sink" art direction most Japanese/Korean MMO's contain.

I'm definitely interested, really want to see some quality footage of the game in action though, aside from the few trailers that have been floating around since the game's announcement.
