This is a different scenario than the reveal and E3 demo's but im getting worried its getting predictable.. I mean the twister, the lighting, the get to this and then have something ruin it when you get there.. its all playing out a bit too similar in these demos, hopefully the game isn't repetitive.

Vanquish came out in 2010, not 2006.

You have to play Vanquish like a character-action game. It's a boring game if you play it as a straightforward third-person cover based shooter. Both games are not in the same league.

No official confirmation yet but since most of the current Premium UHD TVs support HDR10, I'd say yes.

Well, so much blood on the screen and there is no blood traces after you kill the enemy. Also, blood effect looks pretty bland. And also there are no traces left after when some organic object explodes. Noticed there is no dynamic shadows too.

Anyway, gameplay is same old GeOW to me.

There was always a pretty decent buildup to it which I enjoyed in Gears 1/2, so I don't expect these to be the actual setpieces. Though 3 kind of threw too much mindless action at you in the beginning, which I disliked (and subsequently got bored of and never finished).

MGSV cover system is shit and uncharted 4... just no. Haven't played vanquish.

People here on Gaf doesn't seem to understand the Gears mechanics. The mechanics are perfect as they are. If the game can still be fresh, that's another matter.

I think it looks top tier visually, especially given the hardware it's targeting. They should maybe animate walking in strong wind better, but the graphics and gameplay look great.

Thanks for the feedback. Where exactly are you finding it too revealing? Kait exposes her arm and tattoos but is fairly covered up beyond that.
