Yeah, I must of missed something....what is this perma-ban bet that I seemed to be included in for some reason?


As for not knowing why I was laughing.....seriously? As I said before, you are wasting your time making these assumptions of map size and locations simple by watching one short trailer and looking at a handful of screenshots. And then also saying that you are "fairly accurate" in your assumptions.

i've always wanted an absolutely massive game with tons of cities and long-ass highways and fields and lakes and everything, so that it feels more like an entire state. you could explore it for years and not find everything. would be mind-blowing.

that gave me an idea.. why can't Rockstar combine their GTA maps? like, add the GTAV map to GTAIV's Liberty City. and the next GTA to those... slowly keep building a massive world. i mean we have hard drives, it could be done. who wouldn't want to visit Liberty City once in a while when playing GTAV? take a plane or a boat or whatever with a cutscene transition, if they're too difficult to combine seamlessly. maybe have a few hidden missions in Liberty City for the new main character or something. ok maybe it's not sensible, but it's something i would absolutely love as a feature.

Assuming next gen will last longer than this one, they could start with an iterative process of adding pieces to one big map/game, title by title.
Of course it won't happen, but hey..

That '=)' leads me to believe that it is infact GTA V. No other reason to include that emoticon for that post. If it was typical business that was holding them up he probably wouldn't be happy. Or atleast he would be indifferent. Typical business meaning someone was behind on their work for gettings ready.

The smileiy is the key, it's GTA V, he knows, we know, he knows that we know, and we know that he knows that we know that we know that he knows.

That´s a consistent theory,mate.
 
I would love to go on a media blackout until release, so gameplay (and pretty much everything else) would be a complete surprise. But knowing myself, I'll mash f5 in this and all coming GTAV threads until the end of days. Or the release of the game, whichever comes first.
 
All kidding aside. Just stop and think about it. The cover is going to come eventually and its going to come through GameInformer. Andy knows the date, whether it be this month or in 5 months.

He knows everyone is anticiapting the reveal and now its delayed. Why is it delayed? Because they need to get things ready. Ready for a cover reveal? what happened, did they run out of space on their servers? Are they waiting for legal to sign off? Why is he happy about it?

Only one reason.

They delayed the cover reveal of BlackOps2's multiplayer too.

FUSE is almost too perfect of a reveal. It was recently revealed, and is almost guarenteed to be a good enough game to be excited about. But it's from a "small time" enough developer that you are pissed it would be revealed over GTA V.
 
A least something GTA V related will be released in the next couple of weeks according to Rockstar a couple weeks back, game informer not having a GTA V cover won't really be devastating at all.
