That's something I never understood about movie Batsuits (sans West). In the comics it's always drawn with the bottom of Batman's nose uncovered. In the movies, it engulfs the actors nose and makes breathing difficult. Maybe it's down to how they build them. But if they can fix the head turn, they can fix the nose.
