People should have already had a meltdown since it's been confirmed it's the D23 Trailer which didn't have those announcements in it. Then again, people also think this livestream is gonna have the KH trailer.
I really hope people aren't watching the livestream and expecting a trailer. There is a schedule right underneath the video that details that the stream is going to be on Star Ocean and Dragon Quest stuff.

If i could understand what they are saying i would probably be more interested but i just want to see the Kingdom Hearts trailer so i can see the internet meltdown because Star Wars and Marvel isn't in it.
Lol some people really do want to see the world burn. I do want those things, so sounds good to me.

People absolutely are, unfortunately.

I tuned in because I was interested in SO5. (Trailer was decent, presentation was uh... I'm pretty obviously not the target audience for whatever that was) The KH trailer will probably randomly change from Private to Public on the YT link posted a few pages back in the next 2-3 hours, and that's where it'll probably debut.

Uhh so what happened? My stream went quiet...or is that it? No KH trailer?

There was never going to be a KH trailer on that stream. Unfortunately one person said it'll be on stream and everyone followed. The schedule for what was being streamed has been available since at least yesterday. The KH trailer will be shown on the show floor and eventually YouTube.

Why is there no thread for the trailer? I can't find the link on mobile and the first 10+ pages are just trailer begging

Yeah I'm just gonna head out for the night. Hopefully it'll be out by the time I wake up, I don't feel like screwing up my schedule like I did for the Persona 5 stuff back at TGS. If it doesn't come out I'll assume Square fucked up and meant for it to come out tomorrow on the second day of Jump Festa.

If it comes out in the next hour when I leave I'm gonna go nuts

Oh thanks!

Didnt see the memo xD.

Glad there's more to be shown.

Regardless of terrible avatar quote, it's true. The word 'creepy' has been favored way more here rather than just saying 'awkward' or 'odd'. Something of a different culture that a person doesn't understand shouldn't be considered creepy.

I am really wondering if KH3 was announced too early; if it was announced in 2014, then we would of had a stronger stream of coverage on the title and it wouldn't feel like we know so little of the game.

Right now, we know this much about the game:
-Aqua will play a role early in the game (based on the 2.8HD content with her aka the KH: Ground Zeroes)
-Sora, Donald and Goofy are going after the princess of light, while King Mickey and Riku are looking for the lost warriors of light
-Mount Olympus, Tangled, Big Hero 6, Twilight Town, Daybreak Town, and Mysterious Tower are confirmed to be coming back based off trailers and coverage on the game
-Gameplay will be a hybrid of KH2 and Dream Drop Distance (Flowmotion)
-Can use Disney Land Rides and Transformable Keyblades for attacks/summons
-Worlds are much larger than before

That is quite a bit but how it has been presented is lacking. I mean, FFVII Remake was just announced this June, yet we got a gameplay trailer that looks quite complete and playable (outside of frame-rate issues). Even FFXV is progressing a long, with updates to the FFXV Demo and frequent Nintendo Direct-like presentations that cover parts of the game (though mainly focused on the demo).

KH3 feels like it was announced too early, and because of the lack of big news (new worlds, new story scenes, ect) recently, it feels as if the game is taking forever to come out :l.

Hopefully KH2.8 tides everyone over until KH3 releases Spring/Late Summer 2017.

it hadn't even started development when it was announced. it was like "at this exact moment we finally started working on this"

Man, this shit still ain't out? :(

It's pretty obvious it was announced too early. Yes it made a great announcement for the ps4's first e3, but it was definitely early. It would be a lot better if it was announced this last e3, with the gameplay trailer.

Welp, guess that explains everything then :l.

My post still stands; they should of announced it E3 2014 and then we would of likely got a more frequent roll-out of content for the title.
