What? You're taking a Wii game that's being blown up to HD resolution and is showing a shot of a very large area. It looks fine for what it is, except for the jaggies and picture quality.
In other news, at least the gameplay seems fun. The voice acting is troublesome enough, so it's good that there's one thing to look forward to.

It looked fine in all other perspectives but that one. Even so, it looks better in motion than in that pic.
Not sure if it's my type of game, so I probably won't get it (though brothers might want it). Looks very good though.

Shinespark was amazing looking.

Metroid Fusion. There was a sequence break-ish thing you could do (involving essentially figuring out how to maintain a Shinespark for a very long time by using a level design quirk) and you get an Easter Egg where your ship's AI congratulates you for "that trick with the Shinespark."Cosmo Clock 21 said:Feels weird for the game to explicitly acknowledge the shinespark. How do you mean? Because if you want to get 100% in the game it's sometimes necessary to shinespark to get through barriers. And it's been depicted through art tons of time.Cosmo Clock 21 said:Feels weird for the game to explicitly acknowledge the shinespark. Metriod series has aways had good music. Sector 1 and Parasite queen from prime 1 god damn Nintendo can bring it with the music sometimes. The background music sound alright with that "ohhhhh woooo ohhh wooooo" softly in the background it sound intense.Kard8p3 said:My only worry with the game is the music. Everything I've heard sounds good so far but I just get the feeling that the music won't quite live up.

A lot of hype died because of story paranoia but this trailer but me in the conductors seat on the hype train._Alkaline_ said:I refuse to watch the trailer since I'm on a media blackout, but only 43 replies for a brand spanking new trailer for a Metroid game? For shame GAF.
I'm hoping it's because the rest of you are like me and don't want to be spoiled.
There's not much new in the trailer, and we have pretty much discussed everything Metroid in the last row of theads anyway._Alkaline_ said:I refuse to watch the trailer since I'm on a media blackout, but only 43 replies for a brand spanking new trailer for a Metroid game? For shame GAF.
