I think it is someone in the military that has purchased at one of the stores (do they call them stores) on base. I'm not sure though.

I believe this is military related. My family hasn't been in the military for several years but I remember stores that sold general stuff from electronics to clothes etc were called the BX (base exchange)

That's exactly what it means. Depending on the branch you either have a Post Exchange (PX) or Base Exchange (BX) all under AAFES. They're essentially your equivalent to a Wal-Mart or Target without groceries. That's what the Commissary is for.

When pro comes out pro should be 450-550.Sony should make the price of the normal ps5 350 better 300 .The new smaller console cost them probably around 350- 380 to produce.If they would price it at 300 the disc drive that lots of people will buy will pay of the 50 negative.Disc drive is 100 dollar pure win for Sony costs them 10 to produce 5-10 to ship.but in Euro countries the disc drive is more expensive than in the US same for GB which is second biggest market for Sony.The more customers Sony has the more money will come in from sold online membership and sold more games especially digital games.Sony has a very big opportunity

Once its blacked, with the smaller footprint, it'll be good.
EDIT: I wonder what the led's look like. It would be great if the curve light strips are dimmer than the OG. I had to mod mine.

Sure.
The Exchange is like a shopping mall on military bases while the commissary is a supermarket. Then you have gas stations and smaller Exchange stores called shopettes. The main Exchange or as we call it the BX also has a food court a barber shop and other smaller stores that are rented out.
When it comes to the exchange from my experience they don't give a damn about breaking release dates. Many times I'm able to buy MTG booster packs before the set becomes available to the general public.
