I'm not sure I understand why everyone freaks out about stuff like this all the time. I don't see anything in that shot that shouldn't be totally possible on these powerful systems. That's not to say it doesn't look good.
I enjoy my graphics as much as anyone I suppose, but animation also lends to visuals immensely so I always like to see things in motion. And really, when it comes down to it the most important thing is gameplay. Sure, our favorite games in spanking new graphic glory is great -- but I'd love to see some new play elements driven by the new systems. Destruction, physics, animation, new control ideas, etc.
Anyway, it looks nice. I think stuff like this should certainly be expected of the big name games and they should only get better.
And for all the "X360 is a beast!" or "Just wait to see the Ps3 version!" comments, look. The 360 is certainly powerful. What the ps3 can do, or will do, remains to be seen. However, it most certainly should be able to match screens like that with virtually no doubt.

Things like this make me happy that Ubisoft's top men fought so hard against the EA effort to take them over; imagine, despite Ubisoft's misses last generation, what would have happened to its big names if EA took hold.
But if you let Blazing Angels ship like a load of shit while this and GR:AW release like the second coming, damn you.

Everyone's jumping on that guy for his PS3 comment, and maybe his intentions were to troll, but Is it really wrong to assume the PS3 ver will look slightly better, I mean last gen multi platform games did look a bit better on the xbox over PS2 and there was a year difference in between. kinda a similar situation only reversed.

The fact is that nobody on here knows what a PS3 version would look like. Better, worse, or the same..it's far too soon to say. Comments like "It'll be better on the PS3" or "it'll be better with the revmote" are so annoying and just blatant fanboyism

The 360 is powerful and the ps3 will be powerful as well, but while this shot looks great I'm just not quite so quick to say, "OMG best thing ever!". Looks good, but i expect as much and it's early days for all this stuff. No, 360 stuff so far has not been very impresseive (to me at least) but to assume that means the system has no power would be illogical.
Everyone to their own. It's all about the games and features the systems offer. Play whatever you enjoy. I come here basically for information, as it's one of the best sources out there where everything gets compiled together, and I just find all these extreme responses and arguments often slightly hard to stomach.
