The press release mentions Anniston, Alabama. Therefore, I searched the Alabama Secretary of State's Government Records Inquiry System for this EnGeniux. This turned up no results. The records are completed through 04-23-2012 only though, but EnGeniux's Facebook page states it was formed in January this year. What I did find however when searching the name Derrick Samuels was this:
