Looks like most of the budget went into the CG, because it shits all over Sonic Heroes's attempts.

Shadow with an Uzi still looks stupid, but that is some wicked CG. I like the Nightcrawler-ish darting warps as he attacks.

It almost seems like a movie preview.

Edit: I agree about the CG. Check out the lip-synching! I don't recall it being that good in Sonic Heroes.
