New ? Super Smash Bros Brawl screens

How do you pronounce JeuxFrance? I keep thinking in my head, "Jew-France"
Yeah, pretty much "Jew" with a soft J (Like JonBenet Ramsey) and the "ew" part sort of blended with "uhh".

*yawn* I'm still waiting for screens that show things (characters, levels, HUD, etc.) that weren't in the E3 media. I have a feeling that I'll be waiting a while for that, though.

how was the aerial game in SSBM lacking? Shorthopping and l-cancelling are of the most important aspects of high level play.
Both of them are ways to get back to the ground sooner. I'm guessing (this is just speculation, and hope) that when they say they're going to improve it, they mean something along the lines of making more characters like Jigglypuff, Samus, and Peach (and now, as in the video, Metaknight and Pit), who have all sorts of maneuverability while they're still in the air as opposed to constant reliance on the ground again as a sort of launching pad.

The best part about french sites...are the translations.

Read the comments and you WILL lol.

Translated Comments for Trauma Center Wii:

Pure French gold.
You owe me a lol.

The reason the translation comes out badly is that the French writer often uses shorthand which obviously cannot be translated electronically.

They'll have to add alot more than just new characters with cool air moves if they want any sort of new ariel combat. As it stands air moves don't have enough mechanics backing it to make it a dominate play style totally removed from the ground (thats why everyone hates Jigglypuff now. All air). Some new type of air-to-ground, air-to-air connection system needs to be implemented first. Air moves need to "clink" if two equal attacks meet each other.

I don't even think Z: TP Link looks that good. Maybe the Wii version will? :(

I think you're missing my point.

Why they wont upgrade the models for the Wii version is not something I understand entirely. I mean, hell, they have one right here - use that one!

I anticipate this game more then my kids :( , cant wait.

Wait, you antipate this more then your kids anticipate it?

Or you anticipate it more than the birth of your kids?

Either way... duh!

An uberdetailed Link would look out of place with the rest of the not-as-detailed world of TP. You're getting a GC port, deal with it already. :P

You have two roads. One is gameplay, another is graphics. Pick one. That what Nintendo was faced with. Either have a much better looking game with tacked on Wii controls, or a marginally better looking game with well thought out Wii controls and game specific elements. They just chose the latter.

I'm not really complaining, and I understand all that, but if they already have the higher-detailed model, I don't see why they couldn't use that Link and do some environmental touch ups to make the Wii version a bit more than just a port ::shrug::

What are they doing, just sitting on the GC version now?

Yes. In the video you can see her armor fly off when she fires. When I first saw it, I had no idea what was going on until I watched the video again.

Is that how she turns into Zero Suit Samus? After she does that big shot?
They said it was some kind of "secret" transformation way.

Maybe :( Who knows? I mean, when was the last time we seen an updated shot of TP? E3? That a while ago. I mean, even if there going hardcore gameplay route, I would expect at least some marginally better graphics. In the end, I'm still buying the game though. :)

Edit: I use "I mean" way to many damn times.....
