Uhhh why are the boses shins/feet giant dustclouds....

It's supposed to be Metallo... and the reason for the "dustclouds" is that he's absorbing the environment (buildings, cars etc) and adding it to his body. That's also the reason why he's so large to begin with...

Is that giant ugly robot in the movie?

These are ridiculously early shots. Note that Superman's model isn't even shown from the front, most likely because they hadn't had time to make him look like the actor yet. The game looks anything but bad, and the concepts behind the gameplay are good. Implementation is a bitch, true, but it's far too soon to condemn the game. Previous EA superhero games have ranged from awful to kind-of-okay, but Tiburon may pull something off here.

Holy shit, someone at EA didn't pass his math class. The scale is holy shit not the same.

Holy shit someone forgot distance can alter perception making things appear to be holy shit smaller or larger.
