Oh man the playable set pieces that they have showed barely nothing will be so amazing i will have to pause and check multiple times to see if the controller is really in my hands and if i'm really playing whatever crazy stuff is happening on the screen.

Well, it could mean that this is In-Engine (pre-rendered), which basically can achieve CGI quality nowadays. Best example for that is the first trailer we got for Star Wars Battlefront.

No, they probably sent their Maya, or whatever creation tool assets to the CG company to draw from is what I was saying, that way they could do perfect replicas.
